Priced for a home up to 2,000 square feet; each 500 square feet above that adds $10.00. Aerial-only visits are one price at any size. You pay once, at booking, and proofs arrive within 48 hours.
How a Time Is Confirmed
A confirmed time, not a request. The slot you choose is held the moment you check out, and the same rules apply to every booking.
- 1Choose an open timeThe calendar shows only what is truly free, with the package length and travel buffer already accounted for.
- 2You pay for the shootOne charge at booking covers the package, the add-ons and the size of the home. We hold the time for 30 minutes while you pay; once paid, it is yours, confirmed by email.
- 3Move or cancel at no charge until 48 hours beforeFrom your portal, without a phone call. Inside 48 hours we keep 25% of the package price as a cancellation fee, as the time can no longer be offered to another client. Add-ons are refunded in full.
- 4Proofs within 48 hours, you choose the finalsYou choose your finals from watermarked proofs. The clean files open as soon as you confirm, and any photo beyond what your package holds is $15.00 each, paid then.

We shoot beyond the package count and present every frame to you as a watermarked proof. 40 are included, and you may keep more at $15.00 each. Nothing is chosen on your behalf unless 30 days pass without word from you.
