The same four rules for every booking, set down here so there is nothing to negotiate on the day.
- 1Choose an open timeThe calendar shows only what is truly free, with the package length and travel buffer already accounted for.
- 2A deposit secures itWe hold the time for 30 minutes while you pay. Once paid, it is yours, confirmed by email.
- 3Move or cancel at no charge until 48 hours beforeFrom your portal, without a phone call. Inside 48 hours the deposit stays with us, as the time can no longer be offered to another client.
- 4Proofs within 48 hours, the balance once you have chosenYou choose your finals from watermarked proofs, and keep more than the package holds at $30.00 each. Paying the balance unlocks the clean files.
