What We Collect

When you create an account: your email address and name, and a phone number if you give one. You sign in with a code we email you, so we never hold a password.

When you book: the property's address, its square footage and whether it is occupied, how we get in (a lockbox type and code, a gate or alarm code, or who will meet us), and any notes you add.

When you pay: the amount and a reference to the payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

The photographs, video and tours we make of the property, and which of them you choose.

How We Use It

To schedule and carry out the shoot, deliver your photographs, take and refund payments, and email you about your booking.

Access codes and notes are used only to get into the property and are seen only by the studio and the photographer. They never appear on a receipt or in a payment record.

We do not sell your information, share it for anyone else's marketing, or run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who Else Handles It

Supabase stores your account, bookings and photographs, and runs sign-in. Stripe processes payments. Resend sends our emails, and AgentMail receives mail sent to our contact address. Netlify hosts the site.

Some photographs are sent through OpenRouter to AI image services, to sort them by room, to check their quality, and to create virtual twilight edits of exteriors. Only the images go: no name, address or contact details.

Each of these companies handles the data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We set one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

How Long We Keep It

Your delivered gallery stays online for 90 days, and we keep archived copies of the photographs afterwards.

We keep account and booking records, including payment records, for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can change a booking's property and access details from your portal until the shoot, and ask us to correct anything else. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, by writing to us. We will do so except where we must keep a record by law, such as for a payment.

The site is for agents, brokerages and property owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date.
